Welcome to Frinvu ("Frinvu," "we," "us" or "our"). Frinvu brings out the child in you. You can add virtual characters to your real life, make a story by recording a video or clicking a picture and share with your friends. 

 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use information in relation to our application. Our Policy applies to all app users ("Users").

 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLICATION PROVIDED BY US. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR APPLICATION (OTHER THAN TO READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE FIRST TIME), YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users. You are not required to register to use the Application. We do not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. 

The Application may collect certain non-personal information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the Application. We do not collect, send or share any of the images, videos or content created by you.

We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal information in the form of various usage and user metrics when you use the Application. Otherwise, we does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user information to other third parties, except in some limited cases : we are required to do so by law, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property, our customers, or the public. Information about our customers may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition.

 

All collected information is stored on Google Analytics server. We limit access to this information to authorised employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of

tracking bugs, improving the Application functionality and enhancing user experience.

monitoring metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns

diagnosing or fixing technology problems

automatically updating the Frinvu application on your device

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

 

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Frinvu without your consent, except as noted in this Policy. 

 

Parties with whom we may share your information:

We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.

 

Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:

Any information or content that you voluntarily share using other apps, such as Video/Image becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set. Once you have shared Video/Image or made it public, that Video/Image may be re-shared by others.

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

The videos and images made by you are saved in a folder in your phone itself so that you can see them in the application again. Once you delete any video/image from the application, it gets deleted from the same folder.

 

5. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

 

We are not responsible for the photos you select from your gallery or from internet to make videos or photos using our application. The real-time video captured by you and mixing of virtual assets to real time video is totally your choice and responsibility. We are only responsible for Frinvu assets that are available under Frinvu assets page of our website www.delhitechnologyclub.com. However , if you use Frinvu assets and real time video or any other image as background and create a video/image and share it using any media, we are not responsible for the video/image content.

 

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 

While the Application may be used by children, it is not intended to be used by children, without involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental approval. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has used the Application without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

 

7. OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES

 

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Application, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Application to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorise to access your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your User Content you do so at your own risk.
